Sheeter (Moulder) Rollers
AES INDUSTRIAL will recondition your worn out sheeter rollers. Each sheeter rollers is reconditioned in 1/2" thick virgin teflon machined and matched to original specifications. The entire roller is inspected for wear including journals and end plates. If parts do not meet original specifications they are reconditioned or replaced. AES INDUSTRIAL reconditions the stainless steel scrapers (deflectors) or can offer new replacement scrapers. AES INDUSTRIAL also offers fluting of rollers. If your sheeter rollers are in great shape but have a small scratch or nick, AES INDUSTRIAL will resurface the existing teflon giving you new performance at a significant savings.

Dough Flow Auger
AES INDUSTRIAL offers reconditioning of various dough augers. In this example the flighting was damaged. We removed the stainless steel shaft and reused the shaft with new flighting. Often the flighting just needs to be re cut or the shaft is broken and needs to be replaced. By offering a repair of your augers AES INDUSTRIAL can save you money.
