Flour dusters
Back to NewsAES INDUSTRIAL engineered a simple flour duster which can be purchase stand alone or integrated into a conveying system. The simple design can be modified to meet any need you may have. The picture shown below is a dusting system for a processed cheese plant. In this case the customer required a duster to dust slabs of cheeses. The in feed conveyor accumulates sharped block of cheese. The sifting conveyor passes the harped block of cheese under the sifter and stops at the end of the conveyor. The operator then removes a slab of cheese, the sensor then reverses the sifting conveyor back under the sifter for the process to begin again until all the slabs from one block have been "sifted". The in feed conveyor feeds another full harped block to the sifting conveyor. This system demonstrates some options we can provide in house for our own AES INDUSTRIAL sifter.
