Bakery pan return radius conveyor
Back to NewsOur customer had experienced extensive down time and problems with a 180 degree radius conveyor. The radius conveyor was part of a bun pan return line which was constructed from two rows of bakers bend chain using a jack shaft to drive the inner and out line of table top. The customer was looking for a simple solution for this problem with the goal of removing the jack shafts, slaves etc. The solution had to be able to drop in place of the existing conveyor and had to hold up to a hot pan with a temperature around 200 degrees. We proposed the conveyor shown below. This system has been in place for over three years without any of the problems the customer was experiencing. This simple solution has saved them countless hours of down time.
